Kenya payments
Kenyan customers can see Kenya-specific payment methods and KES amounts when those methods are connected and available. M-Pesa-related checkout is only shown where the payment route supports it.
International payments
Customers outside Kenya should select their actual country. Available methods depend on the country, settlement currency, gateway support and merchant configuration.
Minimum amounts are shown at checkout
Different gateways have different minimum payment amounts. Use the minimum displayed on the payment screen rather than assuming one minimum applies to every country or gateway.
Keep the transaction reference
A payment reference, M-Pesa code or gateway reference is the fastest way to investigate a missing credit. Do not share payment passwords or security codes with support.
One payment should create one credit
The platform verifies payment status before crediting the wallet or continuing a Fast Order. Refreshing the browser should not be treated as proof that the payment completed.
