Refill language is one of the most important parts of an SMM service title. It describes what can happen after an order completes and the delivered quantity later changes.
What a refill service means A refill service includes a defined period or condition under which eligible losses can be reviewed for replacement. The exact refill period belongs to the service itself.
A refill is not the same as an unlimited lifetime guarantee. The target usually needs to remain accessible, and the loss must fall within the service's refill conditions.
What no-refill means A no-refill service does not include replacement coverage after drops. It may have a lower price, but the lower price comes with that trade-off.
If a no-refill order completes and later drops, it should not be treated as though a refill was included. Choose a refill service at the start when replacement protection is important.
What risk drops means A RISK DROPS warning means drops are a known possibility and should influence your decision. Treat the warning as a real service condition. It is not a promise that a drop will happen, but it tells you not to buy the service expecting refill protection unless refill is separately stated.
Completion and refill are different An order can complete successfully and still have separate refill conditions. A problem where the ordered quantity was never delivered is not the same as a later drop after delivery.
Keep the order ID When requesting a refill review, provide the Delix Gains order ID. The order record shows which service was used and whether that service was sold with refill coverage.
Understanding these labels before ordering prevents a common support problem: expecting a no-refill product to include protection that was never part of the service.
